ADVISORY NO. 15 - TROPICAL DEPRESSION GAMMA
Gamma continues to dissipate north of Honduras. The Green Phase or ALL CLEAR has been declared. This will be the last public advisory issued by the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) on this system as gamma drifts towards the north at about 2 mph.

GAMMA becoming less organized as it lingers to the east of Rotan. The preliminary phase of the hurricane emergency plan for Belize remains in effect as GAMMA drifts towards the northwest at 3 mph.

Gamma weakening as it meanders off the northern coast of Honduras. Gamma is drifting towards the north at 2 mph, and some erratic motion is possible. The preliminary phase of the hurricane emergency plan for Belize remains in effect.
